Not only has he built a company that delivers results, but he mastered the art of maintaining client relationships, which is vital to establishing successful long term business relationships.
Leticia Ayala is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 10 years experience in both the private and public sectors, and currently holds the position of chief financial officer. In her time at Global Com she has assisted in the outstanding growth, positive change, and the maximising of operations. Leticia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with intentions of pursuing a Masters in Finance in the near future. Her specialties include compliance, internal controls, financial reporting, client billing and payroll duties.
Nadine is a motivated and diligent professional with over 20 years of experience in business banking management. Nadine brings with her a wealth of knowledge in finance, operation and personal management. These qualifications have enabled her to streamline our human resource department by providing maximum support to our entire team.
With 15 years in the Human Resource field, Tiffany brings a trove of experience that integrates well with the management team. Because she has a good understanding of the campaigns and the needs of the Operation Managers, Tiffany is able to successfully staff campaigns through the recruitment arm of the department. I’ve held leadership roles in management and operations serving both agents and clients with a passion to provide exceptional services. He has earned many certificates and awards in customer management, PCI compliance and client service management.
With a solid background in the BPO industry in Belize, Golda brings a lot of experience, as well as tried and tested strategies that produce the necessary results to keep campaigns successful and clients happy. Golda also has strong communication skills and is able to keep clients abreast of developments in the campaigns and respond quickly to queries.
